We are currently hiring for the position of Business Analyst at Midwestern IT.
- The job requires 0-3 years of experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is a must, although a Master's Degree is preferred.
- The position is a W2 Contract
- Visa H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, or Citizenship are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities: - Perform extensive analysis on business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Collect and analyze data to detect patterns and trends.
- Generate precise business requirements and collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Develop visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
- Monitor implemented solutions' performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated with business analysis trends and practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of business process modeling and improvement approaches.
- Business analysis certification is recommended, but not essential.
