Job Description :

 

The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) is looking for qualified candidates to provide application analysis, development, and support services.  The candidates elected will work with staff from OITS, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) program office, and external business partners.  The work will include designing and implementing new applications; supporting the enhancement, maintenance, and operation of existing applications; and technical training/mentoring of existing development staff.

 

Candidates must have demonstratable experience using the following technologies:

1. SQL Server

2. C#.NET

3. ASP.NET

4. JavaScript

5. CSS/Bootstrap

 

Preference will be provided to candidates with demonstratable experience using the following technologies:

1. Azure DevOps

2. FHIR HL7

3. MuleSoft APIs

 

 

Primary Job Duties and Tasks

1.    Completethetechnicaldesignofnewapplicationinterfaces

2.    Developprototypesofinterfacesandattributes,asneeded

5.    Plan,develop,andexecutetestplansandtestcasesdesignedtoensureahighlevelof software and data quality

6.    Verifyrequirementsforcompleteness,consistency,comprehensibility,feasibility,and conformity to standards

7.    Troubleshootandresolvecomplexproblemsutilizingknowledgeofsoftwareapplicationsand configuration

8.    Conductresearchonsoftwareandhardwaresolutionstosupportrecommendations, analyzing current and future technology trends

9.    Providementoringandknowledgetransferforexistingdevelopmentstaff
