We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the IT solutions and services sector. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Networking: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients within the IT industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and remain up-to-date with market dynamics.
  • Client Presentations: Present IT solutions and services to clients, clearly demonstrating how these offerings meet their business objectives and challenges.
  • Collaborative Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and delivery) to develop and customize proposals, presentations, and solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation & Pricing: Lead negotiations with clients regarding contracts, pricing, and service terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and the successful closure of sales deals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and an efficient sales process.
  • Post-Sales Support & Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support, ensuring satisfaction and continued business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, client feedback, and business development metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
