The role performs much of the discovery assessment, architectural planning, and validation test planning required in these workstreams. Notes to Candidate : Proven experience as a Senior Architect for OneDrive and Teams with expertise in Microsoft 365 transition projects, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. In-depth understanding of content management practices, metadata, and collaboration workflows within OneDrive and Teams. Proficiency in security and compliance configurations for OneDrive and Teams to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance Title : One Drive / Teams Architect Location : South Carolina REMOTE Client : UMMS and we are working with Prime Vendor Visa : No OPT/CPT Experience : Minimum 10+ yrs Note : Look for the Candidate from East Coast Side preferably out of healthcare. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to architect end-to-end OneDrive and Teams solutions that align with the organization''s goals and support the Microsoft 365 transition program. Lead the migration of content, workflows, and collaboration tools from legacy systems to OneDrive and Teams, ensuring data integrity and minimizing disruption to end-users. Integrate OneDrive and Teams with other Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory, to create a cohesive and user-friendly collaboration ecosystem. Implement governance policies and compliance measures for OneDrive and Teams, ensuring data security, access controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Develop strategies to promote user adoption and drive the effective utilization of OneDrive and Teams, including creating training materials and conducting user training sessions. Design and implement security measures, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and information protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information within OneDrive and Teams. Define content management best practices within OneDrive and Teams, including folder structures, metadata, and retention policies, to enhance content organization and retrieval. Utilize PowerShell scripts and customization capabilities to automate administrative tasks and tailor OneDrive and Teams functionalities to meet specific business requirements. Monitor the performance of OneDrive and Teams environments, proactively identify areas for optimization, and implement necessary improvements. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate new features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the successful deployment of OneDrive and Teams solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, migration plans, and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future references Proven experience as a Senior Architect for OneDrive and Teams with experts in Microsoft 365 transition projects, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive and Teams, including their integration with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
