This role will focus on managing and optimizing automation and testing tools, ensuring streamlined integration across development, testing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating processes, managing version control, and driving the performance of automation and testing tools.nnKey Responsibilities nn? Configure and manage tools such as Ansible, Leapwork, LoadRunner, Github leveraged by Infrastructure and Application teamnn? Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks and roles for automating IT infrastructure and application deployments.nn? Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to automate configuration management, software deployments, and cloud provisioning. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance Ansible playbooks for performance and reliability.nn? Manage GitHub repositories, ensuring best practices for version control, collaboration, and pull request workflows.nn? Implement access controls, branch protection, and security policies to maintain repository integrity.nn? Integrate GitHub with CI/CD tools to automate code deployment and testing.nn? Configure, monitor, and maintain LoadRunner environments for performance and load testing.nn? Develop and execute LoadRunner test scripts to ensure application scalability and reliability.nn? Analyze LoadRunner test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.nn? Collaborate with development teams to design and implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and Leapwork.nn? Integrate Ansible, GitHub, LoadRunner, and LeapWork with other tools to create efficient end-to-end automation pipelines.nn?
