Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Security, ABAP Authorization, and SAP GRC Access Control. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and ensure successful delivery. The role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to SAP Security and ABAP Authorization. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. - Ensure compliance with SAP GRC Access Control policies and procedures. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. - Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. - Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency. - Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables. - Support the development and maintenance of project documentation. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in SAP Security, ABAP Authorization, and SAP GRC Access Control. - Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Display a proactive and results-oriented approach. - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field. - Preferably have a PMP or similar project management certification. - Experience in a hybrid work model is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. |
