We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on unifying our data infrastructure, improving data governance, and modernizing our reporting ecosystem.

This role will oversee complex data projects, coordinate across technical and business teams, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives that support growth and acquisition integration.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in data-driven environment with data migration Data governance experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing data or technology projects, ideally in a fast-paced or M&A environment.
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystems, reporting platforms (e.g., SSRS, Power BI), and databases (e.g., SQL Server, Databricks).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in risk management, project planning, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in Healthcare / Lifesciences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership - Data Infrastructure & Integration:

  • Lead projects to consolidate fragmented data sources from multiple acquired entities.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource needs, and key milestones for integration initiatives.
  • Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure streamlined and timely execution.
  • Establish and monitor QA processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy across the pipeline.

2. Data Quality & Governance Oversight:

  • Drive implementation of a unified data governance framework and master data strategy.
  • Manage alignment efforts around data definitions, KPI logic, and reporting standards across business units.
  • Identify governance gaps and work with data stewards and business leaders to address them effectively.

3. Reporting Modernization & Migration:

  • Oversee the migration of 700+ SSRS reports from SQL Server to Databricks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, refactor, and rationalize reports in alignment with the Unified Data Model.
  • Support business teams in transitioning to more flexible, modern reporting solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation, change management, and training are in place during and after migration.
