At least 4 to 9 years of HCM domain experience in any of these modules either implementation end to end or production support experience -- Talent, Compensation, Absence Management, ORC, Performance, Benefits, OTL and Payroll

Working experience on Oracle Cloud Conversion (HDL, HSDL, Fast formulas), Oracle Reports (BIP/OTBI), Oracle Integrations/Customizations (OICS, VBCS, PCS) on Oracle Fusion application.

Must have worked on Production support project or implementation/ enhancements project.

Good critical thinking skills and aware of SLAs used ticketing tool like ServiceNow/ Remedy/Jira, etc

Good knowledge on Cloud Architecture and Framework.

Ability to collaborate with onshore team & client to deliver assigned components

Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing

Effective communication and analytical & Problem-solving skills.

Should have good Understanding and working experience in Agile / waterfall methodology

HCM Cloud Core HR Certification is good to have
