Responsibilities:

  • Experience serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Provide customer assistance, walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Document customer interactions, record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
