• Manage system administrator duties. This includes but is not limited to general maintenance of tables, security profiles, the security tree, etc. Implement policies and procedures to ensure database integrity across systems within scope of responsibility.
• Direct all system upgrades and implementations to include pre-analysis, selection, testing and implementation of new projects and enhancements of HR systems.
• Oversee the relationship with Technology Services ensuring timely deployments of systems, open lines of communications and proper use of resources.
• Responsible for managing the system administration, consultation, and development necessary to implement the company’s vision for improved HRIS services and increased options for web-based self-service. This position is responsible for the integrity of all HRIS data, complex reporting and the oversight of service. Create import definitions and perform group data updates into the HR systems.
• Recommend and implement process exceptions required by system changes through analysis of processes system capabilities and business requirements. 
• Project manager for the pre-analysis, selection, testing and implementation of new projects and enhancements of HR systems.
• Consult with subject matter experts from various HR business units to identify business requirements for systems to ensure informative and useful metrics are produced
• Manage system interfaces applicable to HR business units and processes in relation to HRMS system. Ensure the company’s integrated HRIS meets the needs of the functional stakeholders in HR.
• Acts as a liaison and HRIS champion between users, management, and developers on HRIS system issues and projects. This could include system design, system maintenance, system modifications/enhancement/fixes and operational/functional issues.
• 5 plus years of combined experience involving ADP, HRIS, and reporting
• At least two years system administrator experience with ADP Enterprise HRMS in a hosted environment
• Knowledge of SQL programming language helpful
