Job Description :

· 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, with in-depth knowledge of Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.

· Responsible for the strategic implementation, optimization, and management of HubSpot's full CRM suite (including Operations, Marketing, Sales Hubs ), ensuring cohesive CRM strategy aligned with business goals.

· Design and manage complex automation workflows across marketing and sales functions, leveraging Operations Hub programmable automation with custom code (JavaScript/Python) to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

· Develop advanced dashboards and reporting suites, providing actionable insights on customer acquisition, sales funnel performance, customer retention, and operational efficiencies.

· Lead data integrations and configuration of HubSpot with external systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses), ensuring accurate and consistent data flow across platforms through sync strategies and regular audits.

· Implement data governance practices, including deduplication, segmentation, and data normalization, to maintain data quality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

· Support Marketing team with advanced marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies, enable personalized, targeted campaigns through custom properties and behavioral triggers.

· Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize CRM processes, including lead scoring, pipeline management, and deal tracking, and provide sales teams with custom views, workflows, and automation for productivity and lead conversion.

· Oversee custom-coded solutions within HubSpot to meet unique CRM requirements, utilizing JavaScript and Python for programmable automation, manage and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools to maintain seamless data flow.

· Proficiency in HubSpot data sync, custom properties, workflows, and programmable automation using JavaScript/Python.

· Strong analytical skills in data analytics, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting to support decision-making.

· Experience in data quality management, data governance practices, and compliance with data privacy standards.

· Proven ability to manage CRM integrations, troubleshoot sync issues, and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.

· Excellent communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and engaging with senior stakeholders.

· HubSpot certifications in CRM, Operations Hub, Marketing Hub, or related fields required; advanced certifications preferred.
