Role: IT infrastucture Service Delivery Manager
Location: El Segundo, CA - Hybrid

Duration: Permanent

Required Experience: 12+ Years

  • Skills/Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for customer

  • Strong understanding of overall Infra landscape

  • Overall program strategy and alignment with business objectives

  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure components computes and storage

  • Experience in using project management tools

  • Developing & Implementing strategies/IT infra processes which can help with optimized and productive IT Infra

  • Ensure resolution of critical/escalated issues within the required Service Level Agreement.

  • Ensure Business Continuation Plan (BCP) for the projects

  • Work with team to refine and create related policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Communicate effectively within the teams as well as to executives and business stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Able to collaborate across multiple interfacing teams

  • Act as a delivery point of contact for multiple customers if required

  • Defining project work scope, schedules, budgets, priorities and ensure project resources are optimized

  • Establish and takes necessary action to minimize project risk with periodic progress updates

  • Tracking deliverables according to the project plan/expectations.

  • Vendor coordination, technical coordination across the teams

  • Ensure resolution of critical/escalated issues within the required Service Level Agreement.

  • Keep the team focused, productive, and motivated

  • Work with team to refine and create related policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Keep track of all open positions and work with recruitment/support teams to onboard resources accordingly

  • Set employee objectives, monitor and evaluate performance, and provide feedback
