1. Java
- Must be at expert level in terms of Java knowledge
- Must have experience and be able to efficiently write codes
- Must have experience and be able to efficiently read, understand and analyze existing codes
- Must have experience and be able to efficiently debug existing codes
2. JavaScript/JQuery/HTML
- Must be at expert level in JavaScript, JQuery and HTML
3. Oracle Database
- Must be at expert level in terms of Oracle database knowledge
- Must be able to write efficient queries
- Must be able to troubleshoot all database related issues
4. XML
- Must be at expert level in terms of XML knowledge
- Must have experience in marshalling and unmarshalling XML messages
5. Angular
- Must be at expert level in terms of Angular knowledge
- Much have experience in front-end and Angular development
6. IBS WebSphere MQ
- Expert-level MQ knowledge is a big plus
7. ISO20022
- Experience on ISO20022 is a big plus
8. Tools
- Must be at expert level in terms of using Eclipse, Visual Studio and SQL Developer

1. Federal Reserve Fedwire settlement platform

5. Any U.S. money transfer regulatory knowledge also helpful
