Role: – Java Teach Lead
Bill Rate: $96/hour C2C
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

Direct Client Requirement
Responsibilities:
· Solution Design and Development: Architect and develop enterprise applications using Java technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
· Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· System Integration: Design and implement integration strategies for microservices, ensuring seamless communication between services and with external systems.
· Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of microservices applications, addressing issues related to latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
· Minimum 15+ years of experience in developing Enterprise level J2EE applications
· Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
· Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures using Java technologies, with a strong understanding of microservices principles and patterns.
· Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, RESTful services, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based applications and services
· Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
· Good exposure to Database like Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
