Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that architectural designs align with enterprise goals. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and technical skills to deliver modern, innovative, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of complex solutions. Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Work closely with clients, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend adoption where necessary.
Oversee the integration of various technology stacks, legacy systems, and third-party platforms.
Develop architectural documentation, diagrams, and best-practice guides for internal teams and stakeholders.
Ensure solutions adhere to compliance standards, security protocols, and risk management practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, systems design, and architecture.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Java, Python, .NET, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js).
Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
Experience with microservices architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and event-driven design.
Knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, Angular, React, or similar technologies.
Strong experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and DevOps principles.
Expertise in API design, development, and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
Soft Skills:
Ability to think critically and resolve complex technical challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading technical teams and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
