Job Details
· Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
· Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and data flows related to healthcare insurance payer operations and the 340B program.
· Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend test scenarios to address them.
· Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
340B Program Expertise:
· Provide in-depth analysis and insights on the 340B program.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with 340B program requirements and assist in implementing improvements.
· Monitor and evaluate QA program performance metrics and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) in the payer and 340B domains.
· Leverage data-driven insights to recommend strategic initiatives and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
· Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of system enhancements and process changes.
· Prepare and present detailed analysis, recommendations, and business cases to senior management and external stakeholders.
· Ensure clear communication and understanding of regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and solution benefits.
