Lead PM
Remote (Need Westcoast or Mountain time candidates)
Ideal Personna:
- LPMs with experience working at a PMO / Portfolio or ART (release train) level, not just at scrum team level
- SAFe or Agile experience in the last 2 projects (not Hybrid)
- Hands on management of Initiatives and Epics with complex budget, timeline, and capacity planning alongwith mapping and managing & multiple dependencies, roadmaps, and deliverables (There are 25-40 application dependencies in most projects). Risk management and proactive in communication
- Comfortable with fast paced environment and managing multiple priorities well.
- Tools – Jira, Jira Align (or similar PM & Budget tracking tools), Excel
- Good to have but not needed – exp working with Sales & marketing business stakeholders. Exp with billing , payments, collections or fraud projects.
