Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
· 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
· Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
· Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
· Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization
Techniques:
1. Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce
2. Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
3. Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
4. Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
5. Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
6. Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
7. Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code,
8. Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
11. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
12. Results-oriented and self-motivated
13. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
