Top Requirements (Must haves) | - 5+ years of experience in visual design and user experience
- Must have well-rounded background in E-Commerce
- Deep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design)
- Strong visual design experience, focusing more on attraction design and visual design and interactive design, provide bigger vision of interactive design for the website.
- Experience with Figma (they use this for everything - design and prototyping).
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.
- Creative and testing mindset looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution.
- Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders
- Proactive, high level of engagement, etc.

Additional Qualifications | - Strong fundamentals on information and interaction design, fundamentals of UX (preferably from a relevant Degree)
- Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Communication skills and collaborative.
- Understand what the stakeholders want and the design that they are looking for.
- Ability to be influential, negotiate the vision
- B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
