JOB DESCRIPTION
Support and lead Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities that strategically guide business and operating models, people, processes, and technology.
Help prepare the business to become resilient and future fit. Work closely with strategy and business leaders to create alignment between the business leaders and the technology team.
Clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, explore implications, impacts, and risks, and address stakeholders' questions.
Create deliverables for leadership that support organizational change and investments that are in response to disruptive forces and that are focused on achieving targeted business outcomes.
Facilitate discussion around the construction of business models, which may include technology, business capabilities, value streams and processes, and other key business architecture deliverables.
Help stakeholders with strategies to understand, apply, monetize, and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies in order to transform and optimize business and operating models.
REQUIRED DEGREE
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Candidate’s ACTUAL Years of Experience
Experience in technical architecture, business analytics, or technical/business program management, or a directly related field.2
