Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow and other machine learning frameworks.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize machine learning models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Research and implement the latest advancements in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Create robust data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform large datasets for training machine learning models.
Perform data analysis and visualization to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and adjust models as needed.
Continuously monitor, test, and refine models in production environments to ensure they perform optimally.
Document code, model architectures, and experiment results for internal use and future development.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in machine learning, particularly related to TensorFlow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with TensorFlow: Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow and its ecosystem (e.g., TensorFlow.js, TensorFlow Lite, Keras).
Proficiency in Machine Learning Algorithms: Knowledge of common machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.).
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
Data Handling: Strong skills in data preprocessing, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
Experience with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning tools and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud AI, or Microsoft Azure.
Software Development Practices: Understanding of version control systems (Git), testing, and software development lifecycle.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and improve model performance in production environments.
