"Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Proficient in coding in one or more languages.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• Hands on experience in IBM-Z/OS COBOL, CICS,IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CA7, Changeman/Endeavor Mainframe application development suits and IBM WebSphere MQ messaging solution.
• Experience in creating API using zO/S connect & Kafka integration is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge and work experience on AWS is a plus.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Knowledge on banking domain & credit card is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Exposure to JAVA"
Candidate needs to be comfortable with below client expectations. Please take written confirmation from candidates on below expectations.
Technical stack will remain same for mainframe, but position is now shift from Development to Support so below are expectation –
Perform L3 support
Perform Maintenance and support activities
Able to provide support on Weekend (rotation basis)
Support nature is 13*7 (rotation basis)
Flexible to work in Shift ( 2 PM to 11 PM). This is mostly for week in month
Able to co-ordinate with offshore team
Good knowledge of Support process.
