Experience with designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center ? Strong knowledge in JAVA, JAVA script ,J2EE, Struts framework 1.3.8 Experience with Web service, SOAP, POSTMAN integration. ? Experience in designing/ Creating CVP custom elements Strong knowledge in cisco architecture Strong communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentation; teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients from various business organizations and lines of business.
