Implementation partner : TCS Location : Plano, TX (Day One Onsite) Job Description/Skills: Workday HCM Lead ConsultantExperience with Workday HCM (preferably) , Finance Understanding & experience in data migration Experience in extracting data e.g.,Employee master, Position, Role, Training, Appraisal & PerformanceExperience in data migration including mapping data from Worksoft-HCM, Finance to Oracle HCM, Finance Preferred Experience in uploading mapped data to other systems from Workday Knowledge of configuration, reporting and integration Expertise in query and reportingExperience with preparation and leading system, integration and user acceptance testing.
