Job Responsibilities | •Development on Messagepoint platform: - Utilize Messagepoint's tools and APIs to build/enahance complex communication templates, workflows, and data integrations to deliver personalized customer communications.
- Experience in Message Point Touchpoint Administration, Production Manager ( API Tokens, Manage / promote Applications and versions) and Connected architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Messagepoint templates and workflows
•Content Management: - Design and implement content structures within Messagepoint, managing dynamic content blocks, variables, and data mapping to ensure accurate and relevant communication delivery.
•Workflow Automation: - Create automated workflows within the Messagepoint platform to streamline communication processes, including triggers, decision points, and approvals based on customer data and business rules.
•Data Integration: - Integrate Messagepoint solutions with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to pull relevant customer information and dynamically populate communication content.
- Experience with integrating Messagepoint into enterprise-level systems via APIs and web services
•Channel Management: - Configure and manage communication channels like email, SMS, print, and web-based communications within the Messagepoint platform.
•Testing and Quality Assurance: - Thoroughly test developed solutions to ensure functionality, data accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
•Deployment and Maintenance: - Deploy new communication designs and updates to production environments and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
- Optimize template performance for large-scale deployments
