Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
? Engage with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and
requirements.
? Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops,
and documentation reviews.
? Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional
specifications.
Microsoft Dynamics Implementation:
? Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV,
etc.) that meet client requirements.
? Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business
processes.
? Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure
accurate implementation.
Client Engagement and Support:
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
? Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics to achieve
business goals.
? Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful
adoption of the solution.
Project Management:
? Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed
on time and within budget.
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project
managers.
? Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolving
challenges.
Quality Assurance:
? Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client
requirements and quality standards.
? Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous
improvement.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field.
? Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320).
? Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Techno - Functional Consultant with a
focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
? Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional
design.
? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, or other Dynamics
applications.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with clients and team members.
? Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
? Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
