Title: Excel Developer

Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: $55/hr on W2 all inclusive(without any benefits) or $60/hr on C2C all inclusive

WORK DESCRIPTION:
This position will report to the Advanced Grid Technology Supervisor located at the customer’s site in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will perform the following job duties:
• data analysis
• exception management – RCA
• process analysis
• operation support
• other duties as assigned
This resource will participate in and/or manage the following projects:
• Post Winter Storm Uri – Senate Bill 398
• Generation Only
• MV90 Upgrade
• Remote Services Switch (RSS) Automation
• Watt-Net Express (WNE) and Watt-Net Plus (WNP)
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum (Required):
Years Skills/Experience
4-7 Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Preferred (Optional):
Years Skills/Experience
6 Experience with electric utility head-end systems i.e., Command Center and Itron MV90
6 Experience with Advanced Excel functions including but not limited to ability to produce graphs/tables, perform advanced calculations using named ranges, compound if statements, countif (s) statements, excel DB functions, power query, pivot tables and VBA macros a plus
4 Experience in taking business requirements and translating them to technical requirements
4 Experience with meter programing and meter diagnostic events
3 Experience with SharePoint, Tableau and/or Power BI
3 Experience with CIS systems (example Customer Care & Billing Oracle system)
2 Knowledge of advanced meter functions
