NC Programmer - FLRAA
Location: Fortworth, TX- OnSite Only
Duration: 12 to 24 months
Shift timings: 0700-1530 M-F

Job Description:
****Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings,
Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell
Process Framework,
and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned
work.
****Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process
planning sequences as required.
****Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models
with 2D drawings
exist as required.
****Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing
operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
****Executes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions for
Numerical Controlled equipment.
****Responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flat
patterns and associated digital tooling programs.
****Working knowledge of NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design,
****Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.
****Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
****Supports producibility assessments when requested.
****Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.
****Will meet established company
cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market
competitiveness.
****Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by
management.
****Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to
communicate and interact between internal and external customers.
****Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct,
instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.
****Required to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required by
management to remain current with technological advancements.
Qualifications - External
Educational Requirements:
Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry.
Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the
application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
