Job Description:
As a NetSuite Functional Consultant - Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing NetSuite solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our manufacturing clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to solution design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support. This role requires a deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and the NetSuite platform, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for manufacturing clients, serving as the primary point of contact and project manager.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to understand their manufacturing processes, pain points, and business requirements.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions within the NetSuite platform to address client needs, including but not limited to inventory management, production planning, supply chain optimization, and order fulfillment.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules and functionalities to align with client requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate clients on NetSuite functionalities and best practices in manufacturing operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their use of NetSuite and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and maintenance services, addressing any issues or enhancements required to optimize client satisfaction and user adoption.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring NetSuite solutions, with a focus on manufacturing industry vertical.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, bill of materials (BOM), and shop floor operations.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation and SuiteSuccess certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex NetSuite implementation projects, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, as needed.
