Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in NetSuite rollout to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing NetSuite implementations, a deep understanding of NetSuite modules, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end NetSuite rollout projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure thorough understanding and integration of NetSuite modules.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure project objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on NetSuite rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and their application.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
