Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client IT and development teams to understand the current system setup and requirements
- Develop and maintain a detailed architecture diagram for the NNMi application
- Create a comprehensive requirements document outlining all the conditions, alerts, and functions monitored by the application
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Update documentation in response to system changes, upgrades, or new requirements
- Review and maintain existing documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Evaluate readiness for future app upgrades
Required Skills:
- Experience with smart grid applications and solutions
- Knowledge of enterprise and transport protocols relevant to smart grid networks
- Strong understanding of network operations management and monitoring systems, specifically OpenText NNMi
- Proficiency in creating technical diagrams, including architecture diagrams
- Familiarity with documentation tools and apps
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OpenText products and solutions
- Knowledge of network architecture and protocols
- Ability to review current state architecture and be able to create a future state during upgrades and migrations
- Certification in technical writing or related field
