Partner with Cluster team & affiliates to drive OCM for the deployment
? Plan and execute change management, training, communications, and user
adoption activities per OCM standards
? Oversee OCM Wave tasks, outcomes, and timelines; collaborate with local OCM SPOCs
? Identify and remediate change management and user adoption risks
? Ensure OCM activities align with deployment timelines and integrate with
other workstreams
? Coach local senior leaders to act as change sponsors
? Implement OCM strategy covering executive alignment, stakeholder communications, readiness assessments, journey mapping, and change impact management
? Address changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and
organizational structures
? Create/execute plans to maximize employee adoption & minimize resistance
? Manage stakeholder needs
? Mentor colleagues in S/4 HANA best practices
? Proven experience in consulting in OCM Lead roles, especially for large-scale SAP/ERP (or equivalent) implementation projects
? Minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams and familiarity with project management, incl. tools, risk management, and project lifecycle phases
? SAP/ERP (or equivalent) large-scale
implementation experience
? Experience in a life science environment is preferred
