Excellent communication and Client facing skills

Should be able to work on weekends for any pre-scheduled activitiesShould be able to attend Incident calls and resolve these incidents pro-actively wherever possible

Technical Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Supported hardware ,storage, software, Decnet/ TCPIP, layered products, patches and security.
  • Migration from Alpha to I64 Integrity VMS 8.3-1H1
  • Perform tuning and OS upgraded from VMS 7.3-2 to 8.3 on ES80 Clusters.
  • Managed appropriate level software installations and upgrades and related software packages. Collects
  • and reviews system data for capacity and planning purposes.
  • Analysis capacity data and develops capacity plans for appropriate level enterprise-wide systems.
  • Coordinates with appropriate management personnel in implementing changes Remedy
  • Working knowledge with EVA4400 EVA8800 and Brocade switches.
  • Support GS80 with HSG80 fibre Channel disk array ESA8000 SW8000
  • Application using ACMS SYSGEM SLS/ABS- Multinet Decevent,
  • Support tool: Remedy, Console manager, DecScheduler.
  • 24x7 on call support as Tier III troubleshooting of critical situations to minimize downtime
