Job Description:
Manage Truist Marketing Eloqua instance including all related activities such as data flows, campaign configuration/testing, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting and integrations with Truist.com, Salesforce and Truist opt out management system
Key Responsibilites:
Design and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and scoring
Setup and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and Truist data sources, Truist.com, Salesforce and Truist opt out management system
Develop and fine tune lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behavior and demographics
Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permissions, data fields and API integrations
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements
Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua
Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practice and system functionality
Develop and manage Eloqua forms and landing pages
Required Skills:
- Hands on proficiency in Oracle Eloqua
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScripts for email templates and landing pages
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platforms and their integration with Eloqua
- Strong understanding of API integration and data flows between marketing automation tools and CRM
- Familiarity with A e Experience Platform and A e Journey Optimizer
