Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion O2C Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
O2C Process Design & Configuration:
Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Receivables.
Ensure seamless integration of the O2C processes with other modules such as Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion O2C solutions.
Functional Consulting:
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to the O2C process.
Provide functional expertise on best practices for the O2C cycle and recommend process improvements.
Perform gap analysis and provide solutions to close any discrepancies between the business process and system capabilities.
Write functional specifications for custom development (reports, interfaces, etc.).
Technical Development & Support:
Collaborate with technical teams to implement customizations, extensions, and interfaces to Oracle Fusion O2C modules.
Use Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for reporting and data integration.
Provide technical guidance on Oracle Fusion development technologies such as PL/SQL, BPEL, Oracle SOA Suite, and Web Services.
Assist in testing the technical solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements.
System Integrations:
Implement and support integration points between Oracle Fusion O2C modules and third-party applications
Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.
User Training & Documentation:
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and documentation for end-users.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on the Oracle Fusion O2C modules.
Support end-users during post-implementation, ensuring the O2C process runs smoothly.
Testing & Issue Resolution:
Lead functional and technical testing efforts (unit, integration, user acceptance) for O2C processes.
Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve O2C-related system errors.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C).
Strong knowledge of O2C Modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Proven experience in configuring and supporting O2C modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Functional Expertise:
Solid understanding of O2C business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, and collections.
Experience in process optimization and automation within the O2C cycle.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion development tools such as PL/SQL, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, and web services for integration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Certifications:
Oracle Cloud Certification (preferably in Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Fusion SCM).
Certifications in Oracle Cloud O2C or relevant ERP solutions is a plus.
