Job Description :

Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Location: Corte Madera, CA ( Onsite )
Type: Fulltime Permanent /OR Contract to hire (after 3-6 months)
JD:

5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud application and hands-on experience in developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting
Experience configuring approval workflows and working across global payroll interfaces
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL ( highly preferred)
Possesses a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) coupled with adept project management skills. In addition to Oracle HCM modules, including WFM, LMS, and Recruitment Cloud
Own the Oracle release cycle
Experience working in a global delivery model, including familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development methodologies.
Effectively engage with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team.
