  • Strong OIC (Oracle Incentive Compensation) Techno-functional knowledge
  • Implementation experience of OIC solutions (i.e. Oracle EBS) Proficiency in OIC data models, comp plans, and transaction processing
  • Experience preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user stories
  • Experience with New Compensation plan creation and implementation - Creating new plan elements from scratch, writing formula
  • Experience of entire project life cycle - Requirements gathering, documentation, coding, unit testing, coordinating UAT with business, Deployment and support Experience in support in case of issues like compensation is not getting calculated correctly
  • Strong SQL and PLSQL skills to identify issue in data, writing new interfaces A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of sales planning and/or sales compensation issues
  • Experience preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user stories
  • At least 5+ years' experience designing and configuring solutions in Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation
