Strong background as a Business/Systems Architect Has a thorough understanding of Pega and specifically Customer Service Module in Pega Understanding of Pega best practices and guardrail compliance Experience or knowledge in Pega 8.x is required and knowledge of Pega Infinity '23 preferred Should have demonstrated successful application of BA skill in a large Pega platform implementation project Lead business team and development team in gathering business requirements and translating them to Pega system requirements which Pega developers can implement Should understand Pega design principles, Pega intents and Workflows, Pega next best action and Pega analytics Should have a good understanding of Pega design studio, Pega product features, frameworks, and functional design Perform basic testing and validate functionality Good understanding of Pega PRPC and its features Experience in SAFE/Agile methodology processes and best practice knowledge Should have experience in writing user stories in Jira and documentation in confluence
