Utilize PeopleSoft HCM experience in Payroll, Time & Labor Absence Management and Core HR to implement PeopleSoft Time and Labor & Absence Management in conjunction with Clemson University business processes, policies, and rules. This requires extensive knowledge and applied application of delivered HCM 9.2 Time & Labor and Absence Management functionality to effectively align Clemson University's business requirements with technical functionality.
Required in this effort is a high-level technical understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Schedules, Task Groups, Rules, Reported Time, Payable Time, Scheduled Time, and Exceptions to configure timekeeping for groups of employees using timestamp and elapsed time methods.
