ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct SAML client onboarding.
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, configure settings, and establish connections.
Troubleshoot and resolve any client-reported issues related to connection onboarding.
Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth, or OIDC protocols.
Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) or conduct analysis and research related to Ping Directory or PingOne.
Willingness to support client onboarding during late evenings or weekends for production go-live, if necessary.
