Develop test plans for enhancements & new modules of vendor provided software. Work with users to certify enhancementsMonitor electronic trading systems and server-side software to ensure that systems are working correctlyWork with traders to Identify, troubleshoot and respond to emergency situations impacting live tradingQualifications:3+ years of experience developing solutions and supporting an Equity line of business (i.e. US Market Making, ETF, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, OptionsScript development experience with excellent usage of SQLUnderstand trading activities and market data feedsFundamental understanding of database modeling and ETL type applications.Knowledge of FIX messaging protocolProficient in handling regulatory or compliance related requests (i.e. Reg NMS, ACT, CAT)Experience working on a trading floor supporting mission critical applicationsExperience in at least 1 of the following platforms - Flextrade, Fidessa.Experience with scripting and automation is a plus.Targeted Systems:UllinkFlexTradeBloomberg DASHGlobal OneLoanet / SmartloanBlue Matrix
