Position: Program Manager with PPM
Location: Hybrid in Dallas – TX.
JD:
• Scrum Master, Project Manager, Program Manager basic skillset ( customer uses SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) for project tracking and delivery, JIRA Board) and In addition to it,
• Candidate should have Experience/Exposure to Network Equipment/Wireline/Wireless Telecom projects
• Candidate should have Experience/Exposure to Project having Cloud Based Environment (GCP is preferred)
• Candidate should have Experience/Exposure to Project having AI/ML work (Candidate should have basic knowledge on Machine Learning Projects Life Cycle so that when working with other team, we can understand and help resolving problems)
• It is nice to have SQL/Tableau/Big Query experience.
• Summary Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong product development capabilities in an enterprise or cross-functional role Delivery capability in technology Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, Clarity, Quickbase, Smartsheets)

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead the setup and then the daily running of a project (i.e. task assignment and optimization, resource schedules, planning, logistics, tracking,issues/risk management, running meetings, organizing events, status reporting, adhoc reporting, sign-offs, etc.)
· Client Relationship Management Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the project.
· Managing Teams Leads team by supporting and driving career growth, personal/ team development, well being, diversity and inclusion provides input to HCM supervisors on performance of all direct reports on a program, irrespective of the business unit of the direct report.
· Community Development Lead and personally contributes to the continuous improvement of the program & project management guild and community (best practices, networking, standards, training
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
