Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support to the Project Manager, including tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Manage reporting and project documentation using Smartsheet (or similar tools such as MS Project).
  • Coordinate with internal ATI IT teams, business units, vendors, and field operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and manage schedules for teams traveling to different clinic locations.
  • Assist in resolving logistical and administrative challenges during the project rollout.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to relevant stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Well-organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • A professional and approachable personality to maintain positive relationships across teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large-scale IT rollouts or similar projects.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN technology is a plus.
  • Background in working with vendors and coordinating across multiple business functions.

Additional Information:

  • Initial training will require onsite presence for a few days during the first week.
