About the Role | Trianz is looking for a Project Deployment Manager who is responsible for working with Restaurant Business, their Franchises and Operations teams across the US to cater to their technology requirements. |
Job Responsibilities | - Projects include IT setup for building fixtures and displays, complex built-in appliance installation, setting planograms and graphics, and ensuring our stores are ready for business each day.
- They also provide support and assistance to the Deployment Functionality Technician on the deployment of IT scope during these projects.
- Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
- Includes complex interactive display setup, and Audio-Visual distribution support, extensive category planograms setup, implementation of new and reflowed fixture configurations, signage execution, installation of product security devices, and other tasks as assigned.
- Completes all assigned Franchise projects and restaurant display functionality support to acceptable standards within given timelines, including follow-up of known issues.
- Assists Project Deployment teams with the training of new project team members through job shadowing and sharing of best practices.
- Implement new interactive displays and technologies during renovations, vendor supported activities, and special projects.
- Assists the Deployment Functionality Technician with the installation and troubleshooting work.
- Perform basic and advanced functionality support on Restaurant interactive displays during large scale resets and remodels.
- Maintains a high level of knowledge and proficiency of complex vendor-provided displays.

Mandatory Skills | - Self-starter, energetic, highly motivated, and independent; ability to navigate through challenges and ambiguity with confidence.
- At least five (5) years of experience in large-scale/enterprise project management in Technology and Restaurant sector role, or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and related technology.
- Experience in managing onsite-offshore teams and strong on delivery aspects.
- Experience working with different vendors/stakeholders to manage the deployment as per schedule
- Experience working in Retail Industry preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
- Ability to demonstrate go-getter attitude, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills
- PMI/PMP certification or equivalent years of experience is a plus.
- BS/BA degree (preferably in an IT-related field).
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer journey lifecycle in Restaurant Business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite of products; very high proficiency with Excel and ability to manage a large data set.
