Role: Project Management Specialist 1
Location - 820 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 ( Within 50 to 60 miles) Hybrid Role
Interview - MS teams.
The Project Leader is the primary point of contact for the individuals working for the client. The Project Leader will lead, coordinate, and direct the long-term client relationship, to become the client's trusted advisor. They are expected to lead and direct the work of others to ensure client expectations are being met.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for all management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure client satisfaction
Communicate with clients regarding any issues on projects
Understand client needs and meet their expectations
Skills:
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Good communication skills, especially with respect to motivating employees
Ability proactively identify and tackle potential issues
Strong time management and organizational skills to stay on schedule
