Job Description :

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with HRIS applications, particularly SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Lead and facilitate project team meetings, providing weekly status updates.
  • Ensure accountability among project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and manage customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage project documentation including a project schedule, RAID log, enhancements log, status updates, and customer presentations.
  • Conduct post-project lessons learned sessions to evaluate the success and shortcomings of project elements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning and management.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions and present information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills for problem-solving and sound judgment in complex decision-making.
  • Proficient in planning and organizing work processes, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with HRIS application SuccessFactors is advantageous.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR systems.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HRIS projects.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
