This Role: Less technical, more PM focused - working understanding of the following technologies needed: Active Directory, Azure, CyberArc, and a working understanding of the principles of access management & privileged access management,
Two main projects of focus: 1. goes live in January- overhaul of delegation model for Active Directory - redoing permissions and access, taking a look at what's in the directory and better securing it, configuring access
Will focus on driving deadlines and running things to the finish line
2. Service Account Mgmt. - CyberArc and AAM, GMSA, Microsoft - need understanding of these softwares - will enroll accounts under these programs - working with applications teams, mitigating risk and error in data transfer and uploads
Responsibilities:
The key responsibility of the IAM (Identity and Access Management) IT Coordinator will be to work with the Americas IT teams to help coordinate activities surrounding Design/Build/Deploy of IAM services for the Americas Zone. We expect the candidate to be involved 75% in coordinating activities/communications & 25% technical understanding of IAM technologies (see attached document for more details).

- 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in English is a must, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to research and obtain a high-level understanding of new technologies quickly, hands on experience on Active Directory and IAM related technologies
- Infra project management experience involving coordinating throughout a variety of IT stakeholders, being able to drive meetings and write synthetic minutes
- Experience in large, international, distributed organizations
- Proactive, growth mentality
