Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Project Manager Specialist role.
The client Information Technology Services Division (ITS) is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating programs and activities to achieve the established goals of the Consumer Data Privacy project. A successful candidate will have the ability to organize a diverse team of technical and soft skilled talent, conduct meetings with stakeholders, establish effective communications, maintain a high degree of project transparency, and accurately report program status throughout its life cycle.
Skills(Required):
  • In the field of Project Management or in a related area
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple teams to meet established timelines for midsized to large projects.
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple teams to meet established timelines
  • Experience managing project scope in collaboration with sponsors, cross-departmental teams, and assigned management
  • Experience developing project estimates for required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing of initiatives
  • Experience eliciting requirements from cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors
  • Experience working with other project managers identifying key project risks and opportunities
  • Experience preparing program reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Experience as an effective team builder and creative problem solver
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

Skills(Preferred):
  • Proficiency with database structures and analysis techniques using MS-SQL
  • Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
