Job Description :
  • 15+ years of IT experience and at least 8 years of Large Program management experience.
  • PMP/PMI certification along with Strong Life Science QA Background.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Life Science, Clinical research industry, GXP, CSV, CSA, and practices and regulations are a must
  • Should have been in customer facing roles in managing large engagements for at least 5 years
  • Should have managed large Pharma/CRO/Med devices customers
  • Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and can manage multiple customer engagements independently.
  • Possession of ITIL and PMI certifications are essential and not mandatory
  • Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels
  • Experience in SDLC Framework & Agile/Scrum framework
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good experience on responding to RFPs and defending the solution to customers
  • Should be able to transition the services to Offshore and manage the complete delivery in Onsite Offshore model
  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Coordinating client staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Managing large and diverse teams
