Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RASA-based chatbot applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of chatbots into existing systems.
Customize and enhance chatbot functionalities to optimize user experience and responsiveness.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the chatbot applications.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in natural language processing to continually improve and innovate chatbot solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chatbot Application Developer with expertise in RASA.
Solid programming skills in languages such as Python.
Strong proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
Familiarity with chatbot development best practices and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
